RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Starosa Store, your satisfaction is essential. Here is our policy based on the type of product ordered:

Physical Products ( calendars, merchandise, etc.)


You have a legal period of 14 full days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide any justification.
To do so, you must send us an explicit withdrawal request by email to: starosaphotos@gmail.com. A withdrawal form template can be provided upon request (optional).
Items must be:

  • Unused

  • Undamaged

  • Returned in their original packaging

  • Accompanied by the order receipt or invoice

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product was delivered damaged or not as described.

⚠️ Returns sent "postage due" (at the recipient's expense) will not be accepted.
The refund (excluding initial shipping fees) will be processed within 7 to 14 days after receiving and inspecting the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase

 

Personalized products (custom frames, custom prints, etc.)

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, products made to the buyer's specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
By confirming your order, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal for this type of product.

Digital Products (downloadable JPEG files)

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, digital products provided on an intangible medium (download) are non-refundable once the download has been initiated.

By ordering a JPEG file, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

 

Damaged or Non-Conforming Product

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

- A description of the issue

- One or more supporting photos

We will then offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Return shipping costs will be covered by us only in this case.
